These special chickens are free-range chickens called Hinai jidori. In this farm, there is Bach's music being played all the time because the owner of the farm believes that letting the chickens listened to the music makes their meat taste better.
比内地鶏について。バッハの音楽を聴かせると鶏の肉が美味くなるという。
